Most accountants prefer the original PDF files - the invoices as received, and that is exactly what ishiwise sends. With filters: e.g. documents from certain vendors to one address, customer documents to another system. Some systems require sending from the client's address - we can send on your behalf with your permission. The system checks you don't send duplicates.

Is there a limit on WhatsApp and email connections?
No. On every plan - free or paid - you can connect unlimited WhatsApp and email accounts.
What does 'our sender address or yours' mean?
Some accounting systems (e.g. Hashavshevet) require the file to be sent from your email address to accept it. We can send on your behalf with your permission - securely, without sharing passwords.
What format are documents sent in?
Mainly PDF - the original invoices as received. Accountants prefer PDF because it's the source document. CSV/Excel is also available for data analysis.
Does the accountant need system access?
Not necessarily. PDFs are sent automatically to email or WhatsApp. You can grant access to the Accountant Interface if preferred.
